They've come back full of fresh ideas and practical insights that will help shape how Derby Research School supports schools and settings throughout the 2026/27 academic year and beyond.

☀️ What a way to end the term! It’s a busy Friday here at Derby Research Schoo!

Amy and Tammy caught a very early train to London this morning to speak on a panel at the Teenage Reading Network at Royal Holloway, University of London.

A fantastic opportunity to share ideas, collaborate with others, and champion reading with young people.

We are at St Giles Spencer Academy today for the final SEND Immersion Day. Colleagues will be deepening their understanding of Proactive Behaviour Support, gaining valuable insights and exploring practical strategies to support learners effectively.

A huge thank you once again to St Giles for supporting the Research School and opening their doors to colleagues from across Derbyshire and beyond!
