Brookfield's Day nursery

We have two settings one based in Hilton and one based in Hatton

We believe strongly in nurture and development, there is always a choice at Brookfield's, from playing outside to reading or homework in the quiet corner. Putting the needs of the child first is important and with qualified and experienced staff our team ensure the best for your child. We create a caring and stimulating environment in which your child can flourish, provide a flexible approach that

can cater for all your needs; full or part time places, as well as provide the widest range of activities to ensure children develop to their maximum potential. We are a single storey Day nursery with a Baby Room, Toddler Room and Pre -school room we also have a conservatory which pre- school toddler and kids club use. We have a large outdoor area for Pre-school, Toddlers and Kids club. Our Pre-school have Free flow outside all day so they choose whether to play inside or outside. Our outside area is set up with Toys and activities to support the children's play and Learning. Our Baby room has their own outdoor area so they can have regular access to Outside play. We take the children out no matter what the weather so we do ask that your child comes to Nursery with appropriate foot wear and clothing. Why not Come along and see our nursery and meet our team!!! We enjoy lots of messy play activities as well as sensory experiences. So please send your children in clothing you don't mind getting messy (It's washablebut to cover us )

We use Tapestry which is an online learning journey allowing parents to log in from home and see their child enjoying play and activities and share experiences from home with us. This helps us to work in partnership with our parents more. We have places for children from Birth to 12 years. We Offer sessions to accommodate your working needs. We have full day sessions, morning sessions, afternoon, short days, school days and you can even add hours onto a session should you require it. We Offer before and After school sessions. We take children to Heathfields Primary school and Richard Wakefield school. We do offer a term time only option. Funded places for children aged 2-5 Years. We are OFSTED registered and follow the early years standards. Our last inspection we received a GOOD grade. We accept all Childcare vouchers. All meals are cooked fresh on site. We promote healthy eating and staff sit with the children and eat some of the lunch with them to promote good values. We cater for allergies and ensure all children are included. We offer a holiday club throughout the school holidays. We plan fun activities and trips out. We also have people come into kids club with activities and furry friends. We have hired Paul from Magical Mayhem to run a circus workshop next Wednesday 27th August 1-2pm at Doveside social club. We have a few spaces available at £5 per child if any of our parents would like to attend with their children. The children will have the chance to watch Paul do lots of circus skills and even have a go on the circus equipment themselves 🎪
Please let us know by tomorrow if you would like to attend.

CLASS OF 2025! 🎓

Our pre school leavers at our Hatton setting have had a super busy week with their Prom night last Friday and Graduation yesterday!⭐️

It was a beautiful and emotional day celebrating our pre school graduates yesterday, as we watch them take their next big step into big school!

To our graduates - We are so proud of each and everyone of you, it has been such a joy to watch how much you’ve grown, learned and how much you have filled our nursery with so much joy. But it’s time for your next chapter, you are all so ready for your next adventure and we can’t wait to see who you become.

To our wonderful parents - Thank you for your trust, your support, your appreciation and most importantly, for being part of the Brookfields family.

We wish all of our graduates the brightest future ahead, your journey is just beginning but you will always be a part of the Brookfields family 🌈

We have a few places available in our toddler and pre-school room at Hilton and in our Pre-school room at Hatton for September. Please get in touch if you need nursery care from September.
Remember to apply for your extended funding too in August.
