Comp Squad rehearsals for 2026–27 will be:
🩷 Monday 6.30-7.30pm – Junior Squad
💜 Wednesday 6.45-7.45pm – Inter/Senior Squad
🧡 Saturdays 1:30–3:00pm – Whole Squad

📌 Fridays will remain a reserved rehearsal day if additional rehearsals are required.

We’re looking for performers who:
✅ Are committed to their training
✅ Can take on feedback positively
✅ Work well with teachers and teammates
✅ Represent BTP with professionalism and pride

‼️Please be aware:
There are additional costs associated with Comp Squad, including rehearsals, competitions, private lessons and other exciting opportunities.

☀️ Summer training is mandatory for all squad members. This can be completed through privates, drop-in sessions or group training.

⚠️ All existing Comp Squad members must re-audition for the 2026–27 season. Places are not automatically carried over from one year to the next. Selection is not based solely on the audition day. Attendance, commitment, attitude, professionalism, resilience, effort, and engagement in regular classes throughout the year will all be considered. Comp Squad is a team commitment. We are looking for performers who consistently attend training, work hard, take on feedback positively, and support the growth of the whole squad.

Especially those of us with our own premises 🏢
The huge overheads every single month, the responsibility of keeping everything running, and the constant pressure of creating opportunities for local children while balancing teaching, choreography, safeguarding, staffing, costumes, social media, cleaning, admin and finances all at once. 📚🎭💻🧾🫶

The truth is… many of us in this industry have run our businesses like hobbies for far too long.
