We love a bit of cross-phase learning! As part of DT, year 5 completed some market research with their year 1 ‘customers’. Year 5 are using CAMS to make toys with moving parts, ready for the year 1s to test out. The Respect and Support in the room had the teachers beaming! 😁 Well done Year 5 and Year 1 for being at your BEST!

Year 3 met the author of their current reading text, Susannah Lloyd yesterday. Mrs Bartlett could hear the giggles from her office, as Susannah gave them insights into what it takes to be an author, as well as how to spot a ‘BOP’ - who knew that Miss Wilkins was actually being operated by a badger?! 😱 Thank you for your time

🦺 The children have been very curious about the work that the builders have been doing on the school roof - we’ve had lots of role play in our younger year groups around construction! If your child is interested in what has been happening, take a look at this poster and the QR codes explaining all the different jobs that one project needs. 🦺

🌟 Supportive at its BEST! 🌟
