I’ve been very busy lately alongside my personal tutoring and teaching Adults with Learning Disabilities and Difficulties at college.

I also now tutor students on the Level 1 NCFE CACHE Teaching Assistant course which is class based.

I’m in my third year of assessing NCFE CACHE Level 2 Teaching Assistants in schools so see first hand what is being taught in schools and what provision is in place for SEND pupils.

I enjoy all my roles very much although the Tutoring is my favourite. ❤️

I encourage the TAs to include as much practical activities and make lessons as much fun as enjoyable as possible as this how children learn best. 👍🏻

Children are losing their critical thinking skills and Logical Reasoning abilities.

It’s really hard for me to keep quiet when a child is thinking ideas through but I know they’re weighing up all the possible outcomes! 🤫

There’s no such thing as bad weather…..

First week back…..your child should be using the new targets the teacher wrote on their UPDATED IEPs and group work. 👍🏻👍🏻
