I froze yesterday.

Today I cried of joyI

Yesterday I was honest with you about freezing. About wanting to show up and my body saying not yet.

Today I stood up. Twice. I cried. And I was met with more love and care from the people in that room than I knew what to do with.

I walked in still carrying yesterday.

There's something about doing the thing anyway, not perfectly, not without fear, just... anyway, that no amount of preparation can teach you.

You only learn it by doing it.
