John Johnston Adaptive Karate and Dave Shaw teaching today in Sheffield.

We had our 3rd KFMH Seminar last weekend. Numbers were low but we still had a great day. There was fun and hard work. All four instructors gave a different perspective of martial arts. I personally thought that the content was well thought through and presented. So thank you to Adrian Pickard , Sangaku Runcorn Matty, Simon Oliver. So with the money raised from this seminar joined with the money raised from Leslie-Steve Knight Tividale Shotokan Karate Club, we have £1053.00. The charity that we are looking at is "The New Normal" There are further events planned this year so please try to support them. Be kind to yourself and each other.

Last session of the year done and dusted, low in numbers high on enthusiasm. Great to have Dean Hodgkin with us.
