This client has reduced their weight from 70.4kg to 58.6kg through a structured approach to training, nutrition and lifestyle habits.
A total loss of 11.8kg tracked and analysed using Inbody health scans, data driven.
No extreme diets.
No quick fixes.
No unsustainable methods.
Just consistent effort and a plan tailored to the individual.
