We are a grappling and MMA gym based in Deptford, South-East London. We specialise in grappling under the guidance of our Head Coach, Ross Nicholls.
We are located in two railway arches, easily accessed via London Bridge, Canary Wharf and Greenwich. Our MMA programme is run by the highly experienced, Matt Inman. Our classes cover all ages, abilities and preferences; from kids as young as 4 through to the competition-aspiring professional athlete. A big thank you to Harry Powell who coached his last class for us today as he’s relocating outside of London.
Harry joined us as a blue belt in 2021 and has worked his way up to becoming a key staff member across his 5 years at the gym. It was fantastic to see him gain his well earned black belt this past June. You’ll be missed Harry!
