A gentle reminder to please keep your poorly little ones at home.

I know it’s frustrating, and there’s never a convenient time to have an unwell child, but sending a poorly child into childcare increases the risk of us childcare providers catching illnesses too. This can unfortunately mean we then have to take time off ourselves, resulting in families being without childcare for even longer.

Thank you for understanding and helping to keep everyone as healthy as possible. ❤️

We had such a lovely visit to Pickwell Farm today! The weather was so sunny and warm that it felt very strange looking at pumpkins in such beautiful sunshine. 🍂🎃

The children had a wonderful time exploring all the different shapes, sizes and colours of pumpkins. They loved choosing their favourite, and of course, they each picked one to bring home!

We then headed to the park for a lovely picnic, enjoying our lunch outdoors and making the most of the beautiful weather ☀️😎

We had a very special birthday to celebrate over the weekend — our special little boy 'C' turned 1! 🎂💙

Today we headed out for a special day to celebrate, and what better place to go than Longdown Activity Farm!

We had the BEST day! The children were so brave and loved getting up close with the animals. They gave the calves and goats their bottles, held the chicks and enjoyed having cuddles with the guinea pigs. 🍼🐄🐐🐥

There were lots of smiles, lots of excitement and plenty of happy little faces throughout the day. 🥰
I think the smiles say it all… what a fabulous birthday celebration we had!

☀️ SUMMER, IS THAT YOU?!

Today felt like summer had made a surprise comeback… and we were absolutely here for it!

We headed to Staunton Park & Farm for a day full of sunshine, smiles and animal adventures.

The children were so brave meeting the animals and absolutely loved feeding them.

Today we discovered Titchfield Haven Nature Reserve, and it was absolutely stunning! The children loved exploring, finding the fairy doors and spotting all the hidden painted stones along the way. To make our adventure even more special, we were lucky enough to spot the Highland cows and their adorable babies! 🐮

The children were fantastic at walking independently and listening so well to instructions. We had such a lovely time exploring and making memories together — we’ll definitely be returning soon! 🥰

I’m back!

I’ve been busy over the holidays spending precious time with my own children and making lots of special memories together. But now we’re back and ready for another exciting chapter! I’ve already welcomed some lovely new faces and we’ve been busy enjoying some wonderful adventures, exploring, playing and making lots of happy memories along the way. 🌿✨🧸

🌳✨ Today we had a lovely adventure at Keydells!

We explored the woodland walk, keeping our eyes peeled for all the magical creatures hidden along the trail. The children had so much fun spotting them all!

After our walk, we visited the café to buy some duck food before heading down to the lake. We were so excited to see a mummy duck with 9 adorable baby ducklings! 🦆💛 The children loved feeding the ducks and watching the ducklings paddle around together.

To finish our day, we enjoyed a picnic at the park followed by lots of fun playing on the equipment. It was a wonderful day full of fresh air, nature, exploration, and happy memories! 🌞🧺🌿

🏅 Sports Day fun! 🏅

Today we joined all of the Denmead childminders for a fantastic Sports Day! We absolutely love getting together, and it's such a wonderful opportunity for the children to make new friends, build confidence, and have fun together.

We took part in lots of exciting activities, including races, balancing challenges, the egg and spoon race, and so much more! 🥚🏃‍♀️

To finish off the fun, everyone enjoyed a well-earned ice pop together. 🍦☀️

We feel so lucky to be part of such a lovely community of childminders and to be able to create these special memories together. 💛

What an amazing day we had together! 🚆✨

This morning we drove to the train station before catching the train to Gunwharf Quays. The children were so excited! They loved waving to the train driver and proudly showing our tickets to the train guard.

Our big adventure was visiting the Spinnaker Tower. The children were incredibly brave. They were a little hesitant at first, but they soon built up their confidence and all had a turn walking across the famous glass floor. It was wonderful to see them encouraging each other and feeling so proud of themselves.

Afterwards, we enjoyed a picnic lunch in the park before finishing our special day with a visit to the Lindt shop, where each child chose a delicious chocolate treat to enjoy on the train journey home. 🍫

The children were exceptionally well behaved throughout the day, and I couldn't be prouder of every single one of them. It was a fantastic adventure filled with new experiences, confidence building, and lots of happy memories! ❤️

We had the best day together today! 🍓☀️

We met up with our friends at Pickwell Farm and picked our own strawberries. We carefully searched through the strawberry plants to find the biggest and juiciest ones. Of course, we had to taste a few along the way... that's the rule, isn't it? 😋

Afterwards, we discovered a new park, and it was absolutely amazing! We were so lucky to have the whole park to ourselves. It had everything we could possibly want, and we had so much fun exploring and playing together.

What a brilliant start to the week! ❤️
