Just 1 day left in Primary school for our Year 6 learners. This afternoon they had their Dominos and movie treat. Tomorrow we will continue celebrating their time at Ysgol Pendref.

Dosbarth Onnen thoroughly enjoyed their cinema and beach trip yesterday. Drinks, popcorn, ice creams and great weather! As usual, their behaviour was excellent. It was lovely to see them having so much fun on the beach.

The Year 6 leavers and Derwen Year 5's loved their trip yesterday. Cinema, amusements, a quick trip to the beach before ice cream and the park- a busy day for us all! Several members of the public and staff from the Amusements commented how respectful, polite and well behaved the children were. Very proud of them and glad they all enjoyed their day.

Well done Mini Police for their creative Anti-litter posters, which we hand delivered to some of the businesses in Denbigh. Thank you to the local businesses for putting our posters in their windows.

The Mini police were lucky to have been visited by the Armed Response Police Unit this morning. The Mini police asked very sensible questions and enjoyed holding the shields and body armour. Thank you PCSO Bryn for organising it for us.

Rhyl and Prestatyn lifeguards visited our school today to teach us all about water safety.
