This week, we filmed a very special podcast episode! We teamed up with Wrexham Youth Service and Christy from Betsi Cadwaladr to create a space for young people to share their honest experiences of moving from children’s to adult services.
The discussions were powerful, insightful, and incredibly important. We can’t wait to share these voices with you.
