Wow! Friday evening we began a new Reiki 1 Course. It was fully booked
Wendy was assisted by Iola, Sharon & Kelly meaning each table of 4 had their own personal tutor.

Everyone really enjoyed the class and were amazed to have actually felt the Reiki Energy for themselves.

We wish them luck šŸ€ as they continue the wonderful Reiki Path.

The staff at One Step at a Time are really excited to be commencing a New Reiki 1 Course tomorrow (Friday 12th).

The class is once again full - it amazes me where all the new students come from each year!

Enrolling now - Reiki Advanced Practitioner Course šŸŽ¤ calling all Reiki Level 2 Degree holdersā€¦

Last nights Advanced Reiki Techniques (Reiki 2+ Course 1) concluded. It was the 3rd of the sessions and all students left feeling really positive, more confident and able to competently help cancer patients, treat trauma, post op healing, chronic illness, ME, MS other autoimmune conditions, Fibromyalgia, back issues and to clear negativity from a patients aura to stop it manifesting as physical conditions. Wow! So much.

On Friday 26 June all
reiki 2 practitioners are invited to join us for our next R2+ Course on which we will connect you on a deeper level with The Mental/Emotional Symbol and The Distance Symbol.

We will examine the symbols and their energies, teach new techniques to help your patients, and discuss experiments that prove Reiki works even through an impregnated object. This course really helps students take another big step along their Reiki Journey.

šŸŽ¤ Calling all interested in Reiki

In case you havenā€™t yet enrolled on Friday June 12 we are starting our new Reiki 1 Course!

Itā€™s split into 4 monthly sessions each on the 2nd Friday of the month.
7-10.30pm.

Each session costs Ā£35 (payable a month in advance!)

This course is for everybody interested in understanding Reiki and who wants to feel and use the energy on themselves. You donā€™t need to want to become a healer, just to improve ur own life and that of your friends, family, pets and even your plants and food!!!

Those who complete the course are automatically awarded a place on our Reiki 2 Course, for those wanting to offer Reiki to others or learn more about how to help yourself.

Reiki 2 follows straight on from Reiki 1, in the same pattern. (This is fully explained in the last Reiki 1 class)

If you would like to join us, on this informative, informal course then just call Wendy for a chat. Our friendly, fun environment makes for a great evening out - so, why not do something for yourself now!

In each class there is plenty of individual attention, small classes with 3 tutors & plenty of time to practice.

Full notes are given so thereā€™s no need to take notes. All you need is an A4 folder to put them in.

Itā€™s that time of year again when we encourage people attending The Centre to become Official Supporters.

We are a privately run centre and therefore are required to run a membership/supporters scheme and hold an AGM.
