Violin Piano Teacher / Преподаватель игры на скрипке и фортепиано Welcome to my page! I’m a professional musician and experienced violin and piano teacher. Hello, my name is Oxana. I am a professional violinist.

I love helping students discover the joy of music and grow with confidence. I started to learn the violin at the of six and attended a Russian Music School/Colledge (akin to the Yehudi Menuhin School in the UK) until I was 18. I then studied at the Kazan State Music Conservatory, and completed the five year course to gain a first-class degree (Masters equivalent) in violin performance and teaching. After graduating, I continued my ongoing professional development as a violin teacher by participating in various master-classes,
After graduating , I continued my ongoing professional development as a violin teacher by participating in various master classes in the violin class professors and associate professors of the Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod conservatories. I have played professionally for over 20 years at venues throughout the Russian Federation and internationally with leading Russian symphony orchestras , including the State Academic Russian Concert Orchestra based Moscow. I now live in Devon, and give violin lessons, piano lessons and music theory, and I give solo recitals and orchestral concerts in the South West. Tutoring Experience:
My teaching experience includes 6 years in Russia and 4 years in the UK. I currently have violin and piano students from the age of five upwards, and I offer lessons up to the highest level of violin technique and performance. All my students take their violin exams with Distinction. Among my students there are students diagnosed with autism. I am happy to see how children open up in music lessons, what a lively response music finds in their souls, what joy their own achievements in mastering a musical instrument give them. Tutoring Approach:
Sharing knowledge and experience is my great joy. I really love teaching , and for me the highest reward is that my students not only enjoy learning , but also enjoy the very performances at exams and from concert performances. We are waiting for everyone who wants to start/continue learning the violin (all levels) and/or piano (beginner levels) in lessons at the music studio in Dawlish.
Off-site lessons are possible.
