HOME ED FOREST SCHOOL SESSIONS, WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS, 9-3PM - COCKWOOD, SOUTH DEVON

Hi folks! If you're home educating your child and would like to add some forest school into the mix, No Child Left Indoors Forest school CIC might be the place for you! We have spaces in our home ed community where sessions are led by the children in a low demand environment.

Whether they enjoy spinning, chasing and bouncing, or relaxing, chatting and crafting, they will find something here to enjoy!

Hi folks! We are looking for volunteers to help out at our forest school on Cofton hill near Dawlish on a Wednesday or Friday between 9-3pm.

If you have some free time, enjoy being outside and might enjoy working with an amazing community of young people, this is definitely for you!

It would also be great for anyone thinking of getting into forest school leading or just starting off their journey.

TREENET WEAVING COURSE - CHARLESTON, CORNWALL - AUGUST 2026

Hi folks! This is what you can create during a two day treenet weaving course with me!

I worked with an amazing group of weevers from to learn all the skills needed to make a treenet on their forest school nursery and hopefully they will go on to create more at their different sites.

TREENET INSTALLATION - HALKYN WOODS, WALES

Here is a look at the treenet we made on my most recent course, a beautiful rainbow pattern using the chaos weave. We added in some steps, a portal and dreamcatchers on the walls.

If you would like to join me on my next course, I'll be running one in Okehampton, Devon on 28th-30th August.

TREENET WEAVING COURSES - NORTH WALES AUGUST 2026

Here are just a small selection of photos from the latest beginner treenet weaving course I ran in Halkyn woods, north Wales last weekend in partnership with Halkyn Castle Wood Events and Education .

Over two days, we spent time learning all the knots you need, how to tension the perimeter rope and different weaving patterns.

Building a new treehouse - part 3!

With the framing done, we got to work screwing planks to the frame to give us a floor to walk on.

I've had some advice from friends about adding more support for the frame which I will get to soon!

Here you can see that we've taken down the old wooden structure and added a frame using screw bolts to attach them to the trees.
Next we will be putting on floorboards.
