Who can deny that this is one of the best soundtracks of modern cinema 😮‍💨

Well friends… today’s a big one. After 500 straight weeks, Mandolin Mondays is officially coming to an end. To mark the moment, I chose to play a tune that’s always felt special to me—“The Parting Glass,” a traditional Irish ballad that’s often sung at goodbyes and farewells. It felt like the perfect piece to close out this chapter with. This series started almost a decade ago as a personal challenge to share one new mandolin video every Monday. I never imagined it would grow into such a vibrant community of players and listeners from all over the world. Week after week, your support, encouragement, and incredible music have made this one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever been part of. While Mandolin Mondays is ending, this isn’t the end of mandolin content from me—not even close! I’ve got lots of exciting lessons, videos, collaborations, and new music on the way. I can’t wait to keep sharing it with you. From the bottom of my heart: thank you. For listening, for watching, for believing in this little idea all these years. Here’s to what’s next.
