IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PARENTS / CARERS

Today has been a warm day for staff and children indoors, and due to the high temperatures predicted tomorrow, we have made the decision to close the Nursery at 1.30pm before we reach the highest point of the day.

Although this is not ideal and may cause inconvenience the safety and wellbeing of our children and staff are our highest priority.

Staff will ensure that children stay hydrated and room temperatures are monitored throughout.

There will be no outdoor activities, lots of water accessible activities, and calm indoor playing.

Please dress children in loose clothing.

Please ensure that arrangements are made for your child to be collect at 1.30pm.

Please get in touch if you have any further questions.

We will make contact if anything changes.

Yesterday the children and staff had a great morning with the Author of … What’s That Mummy, not only did they enjoy the story, they also created their very own scribble monsters.
