🌙 Little Dreamers Sleep Support Programme 🌙 Wednesday 23rd September 12:30PM 🌙

Supporting Better Sleep for Children with SEND ages 18 months to 5 years (Reception year inclusive)

Is your child struggling with sleep routines, bedtime anxiety, night waking, or early rising?
Little Dreamers Sleep Support offers specialist sleep advice and practical strategies for families of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) aged 18 months to 5 years, including children in their Reception year.

What is Included?
✅ One 2-hour online training sessions via Microsoft Teams
• Understanding sleep and SEND
• Practical sleep strategies you can implement at home
• Building positive bedtime routines
• Managing common sleep difficulties

✅ Four bespoke family support sessions. Following the training, families experiencing ongoing sleep challenges can access personalised support tailored to their child's individual needs.
These sessions provide:
• Individual sleep assessments
• Child-centered sleep plans
• Practical advice and guidance
• Ongoing support to help achieve sustainable improvements

Who is it for?

Families of children:
• Aged 18 months to 5 years
• With identified or emerging SEND needs
• Experiencing sleep difficulties that impact family wellbeing

Our toddlers had lots of fun playing outside before it got too hot! Lots of water play to keep us cool 👏🏻 💧 ☀️

We’ve had lots of fun painting outside once the hot weather cooled down! We painted a big tree to go on a ‘family tree’ board! ❤️💙💚🩷

Pre-School have been learning about the solar eclipse we watched a video clip to learn all about it. We then made solar eclipse moons and phases of the moon. We also made solar eclipse biscuits and we made moons using play dough and circle shapes 🌞🌑
