🇬🇧🇺🇸Literally means TO SEE THE STARS. 👀⭐️
But is not just the action of seeing the stars. It’s an expression that people say when they hurt themselves and feel a very strong pain or a lot of pain. It is usually used with any blow, but especially if the blow is on the head. You’ve probably seen in comics the stars drawn on the head of someone who’s had a hard blow. Well, it’s not just a graphic resource, but it’s an expression that we used a lot.
- Yesterday I hit my foot and I “saw the stars”.
- I have a toothache that is making me “see the stars”.

✨ NEW PHRASE ✨
“Es pan comido”
🇦🇷 Utilizamos esta frase cuando queremos decir que es algo muy fácil o que ya sabemos hacerlo y no nos va a dar problemas.
Por ejemplo:
- ¿Has estudiado para el examen?
- Nah... es pan comido.
Su traducción literal no tiene sentido ya que significa “eaten bread” pero en inglés usamos la frase: (to be) a piece of cake.
🏴 “It’s a piece of cake."
We use this phrase when we want to say that it is very easy or that we already know how to do it and it will not give us problems.
The literal translation does not make sense cause it means "eaten bread" but in English we use the phrase: (to be) a piece of cake.

En muchas partes de América lo llaman “Papá Noel” (en Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Bolivia, Perú, Uruguay y Brasil).
En Costa Rica, Papá Noel es conocido con el nombre de “Colacho”.
“San Nicolás” es como lo conocen en Venezuela.
En Chile a la Navidad la llaman comúnmente Pascua. Por eso, los chilenos se suelen llamarlo el “Viejito Pascuero”.

✨Contrarios ✨
Hoy volvemos con los contrarios ➡️⬅️
Short = corto
Long= largo
Ejemplos:
• Tengo el pelo corto = I have short hair
• Tengo el pelo largo = I have long hair.
Remember that in Spanish we can say:
Largo - Larga
Mi tapado es largo - Mi falda es larga
Corto - Corta

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
🐶🐱🐭🐰🐹🐤
Today we will see the pets
Remember that some animals can be written differently depending on whether they are female or male.
For example:
El gato (male) – La gata (female)
El pato (male) – La pata (female)
El ratón (male) – La ratona (female)
El conejo (male) - La coneja (female)
El perro (male) – La perra (female)
But there are some animals (or nouns) that do not change.
For example: El pez
As PEZ doesn’t change, there are nouns that do not change and are called “Epicenos” nouns. These nouns, despite being written in masculine or feminine, refer to both genders equally.
Example: Eagle, Lover, Spider, Whale, Baby, Singer, Crocodile, Dolphin, Dentist, Guitarist, etc.
