Our martial arts classes teach self-defence, fitness, confidence, determination, respect for others, inner and outer strength and are a great way to meet new friends. Our club is open to all ages and abilities from 6 years and over. & the first session to participate in is free, or simply come along and watch to get the feel and understanding of what we do.
