If your child is due to start in September, please make sure your funding code is registered or reconfirmed by 31 August. If the deadline is missed, your funding may not be active for the September start, which can affect fees and may delay your child’s start date if private fees cannot be covered while waiting for the next funding window.

Working Families Funding is often advertised as 30 hours, but this usually refers to term-time only. Because funded hours are stretched across 50 weeks, this works out as 22.5 funded hours per week.

These hours can be used flexibly across the sessions available, with any extra hours charged at the standard private rate.
