😱 The day we lost 70% of our revenue.

Early in one of my businesses, we had one incredible client.

But without realising it…

I’ve walked away from clients twice in my career. And not for the reasons people assume.

It wasn’t because they were difficult.
It wasn’t because the business was in trouble.
It was because accountability simply wasn’t there.

I can bring my best thinking, experience and support…
but I can’t take the steps for someone else.

Real growth is a partnership.
Both sides have to move.

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being willing.
If someone truly wants change, we can make it happen.
