👑 A Tudor Mini Banquet in Year 5! 👑

Year 5 stepped back in time yesterday as we explored the fascinating world of Henry VIII and the Tudors! 📜

We learned all about Henry VIII and his six wives, discovering some interesting facts about each of them and why they were important in Tudor history. 👑

We then put our learning into practice by taking part in our very own Tudor ‘mini’ banquet! 🍗🍞 We explored what people might have eaten during Tudor times and experienced what it was like to feast like a Tudor.

Yesterday, the children from KS2 had an amazing opportunity to take part in the Air Trail at Tees Barrage. We are beyond proud of the determination and perseverance of the children, especially those who faced their fears and climbed it despite being worried. Well done to you all 🌟

A big thank you goes to the amazing staff who organised the event as well as those who took them, encouraged them and created an amazing experience for each child ❤️
