Fantastic day out at the Muay Thai GB Open Championships.
To start the show off we had two of our junior members put in great performances in their categories - coming up a little short but showing super technique and great improvement - it's scary to think how good these are going to be in a few years getting all this experience so young ๐๐ผ
In the adult categories we had Ashleigh win her category to become the Muay Thai GB 59kg Champion, facing two solid opponents, winning her first bout via KO, her second was a really solid, dominant technical performance putting on a masterclass and showing the different sides to her game, power and aggression and technical when needed! Best I've seen her ๐๐ผ
Tazer also won his category, new Amatuer 63kg Champion, two very hard bouts and with little time to recover in-between he really showed his grit and fortitude. Again like Ash he had to show different styles in both fights, kicking really well and kneeing in the clinch. Lesson learned from his first bout, experience gained ๐๐ผ
Huge well done to all of them, very proud coach ๐๐ผ
