Don’t forget- you can pre-order a packed lunch before 8:25am to take along to your club, bring your own packed lunch or go into the dining hall for lunch after your club has taken place.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make our Open Evening last night such a special evening!

👏 To our staff – thank you for the time, energy and enthusiasm you put into showcasing your subjects and everything our school has to offer.

🌟 To our students – you were brilliant ambassadors for our school. Whether you were welcoming visitors, giving tours, helping in departments or demonstrating activities, you made us proud.

🏊‍♀️ Celebrating Success 🏅

A huge congratulations to Isla, who had an outstanding evening at the Darlington Amateur Swimming Club Gala last week.

Isla put in some fantastic performances, earning:

🥈 Silver – 50m Breaststroke
🥇 Gold – 200m Backstroke
🥇 Gold – Junior Ladies 200m Individual Medley

To top off an already brilliant evening, Isla was also awarded the Junior Ladies 200m Individual Medley Trophy – a fantastic achievement and a wonderful reflection of her hard work, commitment and dedication to swimming.

There was also a very special Hummersknott connection! We discovered that Isla is following in the footsteps of Miss Mooney from our PE department, who won the very same trophy back in 2015. What a lovely link between two generations of Hummersknott swimmers! 💜

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Isla’s success and everything she has achieved. Well done, Isla! 👏
