As Autumn Term 2025 comes to a close, we would like to wish all our Children, Parents & Carers a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year.
We take this opportunity to thank you all for your lovely Christmas cards and thoughtful gifts, they are thoroughly appreciated and we are very grateful.

Nursery Nurse (Permanent Position & Maternity Cover)
We are seeking Applicants with NVQ level 2 or above, BTEC, NNEB or equivalent.
Experience in a day nursery with a good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage. We are a 60 place nursery with children from 6 weeks to 8 years. It is desirable to hold a valid certificate in Safeguarding, First Aid & Food Hygiene, although not essential and have the ability to complete Planning and Observational Records.
We would like the individual to possess a positive attitude and have an enthusiastic yet caring approach to childcare.
Applicants should be willing to work flexible hours between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (minimum/ maximum hours guaranteed per week to suit Applicant) - more than minimum wage paid.

It’s that time again when we say goodbye to our school leavers and those children who are starting pre-schools. It has been a pleasure to know them & their families and they will always be part of the Flora Family. A huge thank you too for all the lovely gifts we have received, you are all most generous and they are very much appreciated – the cards especially were lovely to read 🥺🥰
