On Tuesday we ran our Primary Track & Field Athletics at Eastbourne Sports Complex with 13 Primary Schools taking part…

Despite the weather what a fantastic day of running, throwing and jumping we had… lots of self-belief, teamwork and passion on show from every child 🤩

Congratulations to St Augustine's Catholic Primary School and Mowden Infant and Junior Schools who were the overall Winners 🏆

Good Luck to all children who qualified to represent Darlington at the Tees Valley Finals later in the month 👏🏻

A big thank you the Young Leaders from St Aidan's Church of England Academy for supporting with the event, they braved the weather and were fantastic role models 👏🏻🤩

In partnership with Durham Cricket if you attend Corporation Road Community Primary School head over to the Edge Centre tomorrow for some After School Cricket 🏏

Spectators are welcome but must remain behind the green fence… a good viewing spot is on the hill…

Today we finished the half term with our Primary Girls Cricket Shield welcoming 9 Primary Schools…

The girls took part in some group games this morning before going into Tiers this afternoon… despite an early finish due to the rain we still managed to get plenty of games in with some great teamwork on show.

A big well done to all the girls today, a great day played in good spirits 🏏🤩
