🏆 We Are Successful 🏆
Dylan started playing rugby back in 2020 after covid; he had never played before and took to the sport with great passion. Dylan was awarded the team's Player's Player at the annual awards in 2021 and again the following years as Coache's Player of the Year in 2022.
From there Dylan striped to improve his rugby skills and ability. It was at this point he found something he truly loved to do. Dylan said one day he wanted to be a pro rugby player playing for a top club. He's gone from strength to strength with his rugby, commiting to also play rugby league over the summer months for Gateshead Storm. Dylan was invited for an assessment session back in August which he attended and made a good impression being successful in gaining a place on another 4 week assessment block.
We have today found out that Dylan has been successful in gaining a place on the Newcastle Red Bulls Academy U16s. We are extremely proud of his hard work and determination to achieve this from about 500 young people who applied only around 30 have been successful securing their place.
🏆Very well done, Dylan.🏆
