Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for the King's Trust Team 45 Final Presentation! 🎉

After 12 incredible weeks, our Team 45 students proudly shared their journeys, celebrating everything they have achieved, the challenges they have overcome, and their exciting plans for the future. We couldn't be prouder of every single one of them.

A huge congratulations to all of our students on achieving their Qualification in Employment, Teamwork and Community Skills, with awards at Entry Level 3, Level 1 and Level 2.

With an extra congratulations to Alisha for receiving 2 extra certificates for 100% attendance and Most Improved Confidence.

We would also like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported Team 45 throughout the programme. Whether you provided work placements, recruitment opportunities, encouragement, guidance or attended the presentation yesterday, your support has made a real difference to our young people.

It was a privilege to welcome all of our guests which included:

🌟 **So Proud of our fantastic young people at ETC King's Trust Team, Darlington!** 🌟

Today, Team 45 were proud to support the **annual Gold Tea Dance** in Darlington Town Centre. 💛☕

Our amazing young people worked together to prepare **400 afternoon tea bags** for guests to enjoy, they handed them all out, and helped to tidy up. Their hard work, teamwork, and willingness to give back to the local community were truly inspiring.

We are incredibly proud of each and every one of them for representing **ETC King's Trust** with such positivity, kindness, and dedication. They should all be proud of what they achieved today! 👏

A huge thank you to everyone involved in organising such a wonderful community event and for allowing our team to be part of it. It's fantastic to see our young people making a positive difference in Darlington. 💙

Here at Etc Kings Trust Darlington, we are always so grateful to all the support we get. Team 45 have just completed their work placements, Rachel & I are so appreciative of the support, that we wanted to share some thanks this week.

The Etc. King's Trust Team Programme in Darlington would like to say a massive thank you to Emma, Graham and all the amazing staff and volunteers at The Well Methodist Church for once again supporting two of our young people with a fantastic **two-week work placement**. 🌟

During their placement, our students had the opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of activities, including supporting the **Baby Bank**, helping with community projects, and gaining valuable workplace skills, confidence, and experience. It has been an incredible opportunity, and we are so grateful for the time, encouragement, and kindness shown throughout.

The Well Methodist Church has supported The King's Trust on many occasions over the years, not only by offering work placements but also by welcoming our teams for community challenges and always going the extra mile to help local young people succeed. Your continued partnership makes a real difference, and we truly appreciate everything you do. 💙

We'd like to say a massive **THANK YOU** to **Catalin and the fantastic team Shape Patisserie and Bake ** for supporting **The King's Trust Team Programme Darlington** by providing one of our young people **, with an incredible **2-week work placement**. 👏🌟

During her placement, she gained valuable hands-on experience and developed new skills, making some delicious treats including 🥕 **carrot cake**, 🍌 **banana bread**, and many other tasty bakes! 🍰👩‍🍳

This is not the 1st time, Catalin has supported our young people, with 2 past students currently employed at Shape Patisserie.

Opportunities like this help build confidence, develop employability skills, and give our young people a real insight into the world of work. We are incredibly grateful to businesses like Shape Patisserie for investing their time and support into our future generation. ❤️
