Today, our Reception class had some very special guests! A police offer brought Ben to visit us, answering our questions and discussing how the police work to keep us safe. The children asked fantastic questions, learned a lot about a police officer's role, and even tried on some uniforms! What an amazing day! 🚓👮‍♂️✨

This week, Year 1 students have been curious scientists exploring our five senses! ⚛️🔬 They engaged in a variety of activities that allowed them to discover sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch. 👁️👂👃👄✋

Year 5 and 6 children had a fantastic morning at the Quadkids event. They took part in four different activities, earning points in each one. The aim of the event was to champion physical literacy and inspire children to try sports they might not usually experience.

🌌✨ Last Friday, Year 2 had an amazing adventure at the Wynyard Woodland Park Planetarium! They explored the wonders of our solar system, learning about the sun, moon, planets, and asteroids. 🌞🌍🌙

The children even acted out how the planets orbit the sun and rotate on their axes—what a fun way to learn! 🌌🚀
