📢 We are currently looking for donations of clean, safe, and interesting items to support our OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) program. These resources help create exciting opportunities for imaginative, creative, and active play during break times.
We would greatly appreciate donations of items such as:
• Pots, pans, utensils, and old kitchenware
• Plastic crates, baskets, buckets, and tubs
• Dressing-up clothes, hats, bags, and scarves
• Small suitcases, briefcases, and handbags
• Toy vehicles, steering wheels, and tyres
• Guttering, pipes, planks, and other loose parts for construction play
• Cable reels, pallets, and large cardboard boxes
• Old keyboards, phones, calculators, and other non-working technology (with batteries removed)
• Gardening tools, watering cans, and plant pots
• Fabric, tarpaulins, and blankets for den building
If you have any suitable items you no longer need, we would be very grateful for your support. Donations can be brought to school and handed to the office.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the caretaker and cleaning team at Skerne Park Academy, responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of a well maintained academy.
The Caretaker plays a vital role in maintaining the safety, cleanliness and functionality of the premises. They ensure that the building and surrounding areas are well-maintained, secure, and presentable to provide a safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
You will assist in providing a clean, safe environment along with providing maintenance and caretaking activities for the school site.
