Welcome to the Shepherd's Lantern Company, Est. 2023! The pieces created and shown here are inspired by Japanese culture.

Pieces are handmade and created by Josh, supervised by the creative director, Diesel the Border Collie. The name of the company is inspired by an old agricultural term. Leading from the front, the shepherd’s border collies would guide them home after a day’s work. In the dying light of day, shepherds would look for the white tip of their dog’s tail to guide them, otherwise known as the Shepherd’s Lantern.
