Have you noticed the crystals are back?
And Dalston is waiting patiently...
Might you be Wondering what I am up to?

Does your new week start on a Sunday or a Monday?

Have a lovely week everyone, I'd say we are definitely in Autumn xx

A lovely relaxing day of "pottering" ahead for me

Do you have anything planned?

Ok I admin defeat

Its time to get cosy, but also Autumn is also time to let go of what you don't need, what no longer serves you!
Think of the leaves on the trees, we will be getting the beautiful Autumn tones, before they let the leaves go, ready for the new ones to develop in Springtime.

Maybe its time to let go of the tension you are holding onto in your body...

You can prebook appointments online, or ping me a message xx

Again another month has gone so quickly!

One of my highlights was popping over to Cumbria to do more training with Forbes Training catching up with some lovely friends and gaining a whole load more confidence to bring this new therapy to you in the New Year.

What has been your highlight for September?
