We’re delighted to be welcoming Phil back as a team member at EJP

A little about Phil:

Phil has been playing guitar for over 18 years and has been teaching both privately and in schools for the past 7 years.

As a musician, Phil has performed in multiple bands and produced original music that has received local BBC radio play. His teaching covers a wide range of contemporary styles including rock, pop, blues and metal.

Phil can support Guitar, Bass and Ukulele students up to Grade 8 with RSL and Trinity exams, and also offers Classical Guitar tuition up to Grade 4 standard.

Phil tailors every lesson to the individual student. Whether you’re taking your first steps with the guitar or returning after a long break, lessons are built around the music you enjoy and the goals you’d like to achieve. These might include learning songs, developing technique, working towards exams, or simply enjoying making music as part of everyday life.

We are excited to be exploring the possibility of running Summer Music Camps and themed workshop days during the summer holidays at EJP Music!

Before making final plans, we would love to hear from our families to see what interest there may be and which types of sessions would be most popular.

Possible activities may include:
• Themed music workshops
• Piano, guitar & ukulele sessions
• Songwriting and creative music activities
• Group performances and music games
• Confidence-building and musicianship activities

This form is simply an expression of interest at this stage and there is absolutely no commitment required.

If you could spare just a couple of minutes to complete the questionnaire, it would really help us plan exciting opportunities for our students this summer.
