Jesters are blessed to have two nursery settings in the adjacent villages of Bicknacre and Danbury that provide for natural transitions, offering a fully integrated early years provision, co-located over two sites. Jesters Danbury capitalises on and dedicates itself to our School Readiness Programme, operating as a distinct and exceptional satellite Nursery School, preparing our pre-schoolers for the transition to primary education. Whilst Jesters Bicknacre specialises in under 3s with the children transitioning to Danbury once they are pre-school age. We welcome both Jesters Bicknacre children transitioning up and new 3-4 year old children wanting to gain the best start on their journey to primary school. Jesters School Readiness Programme is headed up by two of our qualified teachers; our Head of Education & Wellbeing and Head of Curriculum & Inclusion, putting the focus on our Jesters educational offer. Our vision is ‘Building Futures for the Next Generation’ and we are so excited that Jesters Nursery School builds on our excellent reputation.
