A group of children from each room enjoyed a walk to our local train station and park this morning, it was lovely to see how the different aged children interacted and played with each other. We discussed how to keep safe and alert when out and about and we were very excited to spot lots of different vehicles during our travels.🚂

Yesterday we had a visit from some Astronomers from the Royal Observatory Edinburgh. They came to talk to us all about their jobs, space and brought with them some very exciting activities for us to explore. We discussed what telescopes are made of and what we use them for as well as exploring the things we can see during the day and night. We finished off with a lovely space story too! We look forward to sharing these activities with our peers and learning more about space. Thank you so much for coming to see us!🚀🌙✨
