I'm excited to be offering a new short course I've developed : How to Learn a Gaelic Song. I've put it together from years of experience learning the hard way!
The hope is that others who are Gaelic learners or less experienced singers will benefit and be able to develop a Gaelic song alongside the course. If you'd be interested or know anyone who would be, please get in touch or pass on the details! :)

I have a few online events in my summer/autumn programme for those who aren't able to attend the in-person events!

First, Dr Duncan Sneddon and I will be collaborating again on a talk focusing on the Gaelic ballad Laoidh Dhiarmaid - if you're not familiar with it, it's a real cracker! The Gaelic for 'boar' is 'torc'.

Second, I'm very excited about the How to Learn a Gaelic Song course I've put together. We'll be looking at all aspects of the process of choosing, learning, and singer a Gaelic song to enable you to get right to your own explorations.
