RDA Private Lessons are now available to book online via Class4Kids for the remainder of Term 1 💃❤️🖤

Private lessons offer the opportunity for pupils to work 1-2-1 with one of our professionally trained teachers for a range of reasons including; improving technique, catching up on exam work, mastering a new trick or skill, preparing for an audition or working towards a competition. Cowal 2026 ✨❤️🖤

And just like that, the most prestigious competition in the Highland Dancing calendar - the World Highland Dancing Championships - is over for another year! We had such a great time away with our little team and the girls gave it their all on the boards - we couldn’t have asked for any more from them! 💪🏻

We are SO proud of Erica, Georgia, Caitlin, Mirren & Kayla; the months of preparation, the dedication never to miss a class or rehearsal, the weekly private lessons, the long hours of practising at home, the resilience shown when things don’t always go to plan, trusting the process and their teachers, learning how to look after their bodies to prevent injuries, always supporting each other, being the first to congratulate and celebrate but also being there when things don’t go to plan….the road to Cowal is so much more than just the dancing! ⚔️

For four of our dancers, this was their first experience of Cowal and we went with no expectations but to give it their all and soak up the experience. We are over the moon to share that late on the Friday afternoon Georgia Kelly received a call back in the 12 Years Scottish National Championship and went on to receive championship points in her Swords and Sean Truibhas (with one judge placing her 3rd!!) 😱 This was the icing on the cake and Georgia’s face was priceless!🏅😍

Congratulations to all the winners, especially the newly crowned Juvenile, Junior and Adult
World Highland Dancing Champions - you are an inspiration to so many dancers across the world! 🤩🏆

FIRST WEEK BACK ✔️💃

It’s almost time for our team of talented highland dancers to head off to compete in the most prestigious competition in the Highland Dancing calendar….Cowal Highland Gathering! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿❤️🖤

We’re so proud of all the hard work and determination the girls have put into their dancing this year, particularly over the summer in the build-up to Cowal. Miss Amanda & I can’t wait to see each of them shine on the stage next week - now the hard work is done, they just need to relax, trust that they can do it and soak up the wonderful experience competing in the World Highland Dancing Championships! 🌟

And it wouldn’t be Cowal without a yummy Cowal Cookie! 🍪🥰

Did you know…?

We have a brand new Starlite Preschool Ballet class now up and running on a Tuesday morning at 10:45am at our dance studios in Dalgety Bay, Fife 🥳

This class is perfect for preschoolers who are in an afternoon nursery placement and are looking to keep busy, have fun and make friends during the morning!
