At CB Training, we take the care and maintenance of our training equipment seriously.

🏊 A day in the life on an STA Pool Lifeguard Course…

There’s a lot more to becoming a pool lifeguard than sitting in the lifeguard chair! 👀

A typical training day with CB Training is packed with practical skills, essential knowledge and plenty of hands-on practice.

❤️ CPR practice – building confidence in delivering effective CPR
⚡ Defibrillator training – learning how to use an AED in an emergency
🩹 Bandaging – getting hands-on with essential first aid skills
📚 First aid theory – understanding what to do, why we do it and how to respond
