All two-year-olds in Torfaen will be eligible for fully funded childcare from January 2027.

Children will be able to access 12.5 hours of free registered childcare a week from the term after their second birthday, as part of the Welsh Government's Flying Start programme expansion.

🎓✨ A HUGE THANK YOU! ✨🎓
What an amazing day celebrating our wonderful preschool graduates! 💛

We just wanted to say the biggest THANK YOU to all of our amazing children and families for making this year so incredibly special. It has been an absolute pleasure and privilege to watch each and every one of them grow, learn, laugh, make friends and become the little people they are today. 🥹🌈

We have shared so many special memories, lots of laughter, cuddles, adventures and those little moments that we will treasure forever. 💕 Seeing how far they have all come has made us incredibly proud, and we feel so lucky to have been part of their early years.

As they take their next big step and begin their next adventure, we wish every single one of our little graduates the very best of luck! 🌟 We hope they continue to be curious, kind, confident and, most importantly, continue to have lots of fun along the way. 🦋

Remember, this is not goodbye… it’s “see you later!” 💕 We will miss every one of you more than you know, but we are so excited to see all the wonderful things you will achieve.

What an incredible success the day was, and it was so lovely to see so many families both familiar faces and lots of new ones too. Your support, smiles, and enthusiasm made the event so special, and we couldn't have asked for a better turnout.
