Did you know that Hill of Tarvit provide fresh picked food for a kind donation of £1 !

We spent our forest school morning here and enjoyed picking some vegetables that we brought back to nursery to safely prepare and enjoy with peers. We tried new foods and flavours and had a lovely discussion on our likes and dislikes. What's more social and good for the soul than cooking and enjoying some good food together ❤️

At Cupar beehive we love love love the promotion of Health and Wellbeing.⭐️
Health and wellbeing has such a wide range of learning to offer not only does it help develop our physical and emotional it also includes life skills and self care. At beehive we love when children take on responsible roles and value their voice and ideas through their learning. We involve fun techniques to meet our development such as making hand washing fun through songs also including our numeracy skills. We enjoyed preparing food after our handwashing furthering our knowledge of food and nutritional needs in a balanced diet aswell as safety when preparing food. SIMOA always makes safety learning fun! 🐘
Everyday we enjoy brushing our teeth as part of our routine enhancing our knowledge of hygiene and self care.
Our aim is for all children to grow happy and healthy and provide opportunities for life skills ♥️

⭐️ Freedom ⭐️
Freedom to be you, Freedom to explore, Freedom to learn and Freedom to be happy!
Another fun day Friday exploring the world around us. Our toddlers had an amazing trip to the deer centre and their lovley smiles say it all! We highly recommend a fun day out here and our toddlers enjoyed being at one with nature as they met the deer and showed such kindness to animals. Not to mention developing our gross motor, movement and coordination and Wellbeing through play. We love the special memories and being part of them for our wonderful children, lots more fun to come ☺️
Keep thriving and being free 💛

Is there anything better for your health and Wellbeing than freedom in the outdoors?
At Beehive our children's happiness is at the centre of everything we do.
Being active and connecting to the world around you is essential for your wellbeing development, we had a lovley trip to the beach to support this.
We said goodbye to our shoes and enjoyed learning through our senses and feeling the sand between our toes not to mention some fun water play. We enjoyed exploring and discovering all the amazing pebbles and shells at the beach and brought some back to nursery to continue with our interests.
We look forward to many more beach trips in the ☀️
