This is really important.
(Not easy to remember.... but VITAL to remember if you want to resolve conflict)

Sometimes the calm person in a debate can seem to 'win' because they see themselves as the voice of reason.
But if the NOT calm person doesn't feel heard.... there was no real communication.... just a metaphorical smack on the head!
