I am now taking bookings for my 5-week IAIM baby massage course starting on Tuesday 27th October 2026 (10:30-12:00) and spaces are already starting to fill up 😊 (My August course is now fully booked).

My courses are relaxing, enjoyable, warm and welcoming and a really lovely first class to go to with your baby 🥰

✨Week 5 of my latest 5-week IAIM baby massage course - afternoon class ✨

It was a hot class this afternoon but the babies did amazingly and loved the gentle stretches 🙌🏻 Thankfully up here in Scotland we’re not having the ridiculously high temperatures that southern england is - thinking of all the little babies struggling in this heat……and also the poor women who are giving birth during this heatwave - I can’t imagine labouring in 30°+ heat 🥵

Wow these weeks fly by 🚀 The babies got lots of massage today and also some gentle stretches across the midline. On a hot day like today, lying on a cool mat being massaged must have been dreamy 🥰🙌🏻

I really enjoyed our baby massage follow-on class this morning with a mixture of babies born last September and December and then January this year 🥰 - it’s just wonderful seeing all the babies at different ages and stages and all the mum conversations that come with it 🥰🥰 I always get the loveliest mums on my baby massage courses 🥰

We had another gorgeous class this morning with the babies getting a full body massage - often babies who don’t like tummy time enjoy the back massage 🙌🏻 The babies were super cute as always - one was walking around the room, others were gazing at each other and others were holding hands…….all at 3 months old 🥰😂

We had a lovely class today with these 7 adorable cuties who all seemed pretty sleepy by the end of the class 🥰🥱💤 The theory is baby massage helps to promote sleep - let’s hope they all prove the theory correct 🤞🏻 😴
