Baking the crumb finish for my Lemon Meringue Cake. One of the fab flavours that goes out to the coffee shops 👍🏻👍🏻 always baked fresh and from scratch - no frozen stuff or packet mixes here! 🥰

Hi everyone! Here’s the shopping list for Saturday mornings lesson.

It’s super simple, 4 ingredients, that’s it! You don’t need loads of tools either. A mixer (whisk), spatula and some non stick paper.

I’ll pop on tomorrow just to run through everything. I’m so excited for this one!
