We’re BAAAACCCCKKK!!

I’m thrilled to say that Dance Phase Adults classes will be back on Tuesday 16th January 🤩

The past 6 months have been a super busy time and Iv been working on my own Mum and Baby Hub business in the background

I can’t wait to get back to my love of dance 💃🏼 🪩 🕺🏼 with my dancing family !

I will temporarily be using my Mum and baby hub booking system to book in for the Dance phase classes until my new one is set up .

Classes are for all ages and abilities (18+) consisting of 4 week blocks covering a different theme every block

Always wanted to dance but been too busy working , bringing up your family or just generally “adulting” ??

Then 2024 is your opportunity to take time for yourself and do something you love or learn something new

So what can you expect from a class?

•Warm up & stretch
• New dance routine learned over a 4 week block
•Cool down / relax at the end
• Meet new friends in a non judgmental environment
• Keep fit and improve your energy levels and state of mind

💃STRUT: CUMBERNAULD
🕺🏽COMMUNITY DANCERS WANTED
💵 PAID OPPORTUNITY: £750 FEE

Do you live in Cumbernauld or have a connection to the area? Are you a mover and shaker who loves to dance, perform and boogie? Or do you know someone local who loves to bust a move? Performance makers MHz and Cumbernauld Theatre are looking for 5 local dancers to take part in STRUT; an outdoor nighttime street performance on Thurs 29 Feb and Fri 1 March 2024.

We are looking for local dancers to perform their own 2-minute routine along the streets of Cumbernauld. Perhaps you are a bedroom dancer or a member of a local dance club? We want to hear from dancers of any style and you will be paid £750 for taking part. Hip-Hop, Bhangra, Jive, Northern Soul, Contemporary, Flamenco, Highland Dancing, Happy Hardcore…anything goes.
