This week it was back.to sweet so we went for raspberry cheesecake bites drizzled in white chocolate mmmmmm 🍓 🍰

It was a tough monday for a lot of the staff of the school im in so I decided to bake for all the staff to cheer them up!xx

First week back n sweet treats were on the cards for my 1-2-1 baking therapy! Routines, rules, procedures, hygiene control, maths, language......you name it, you can develop it all if you think outside the box and tap into the individuals interests! Plus yummy biscoff truffles as a result! Win win!
