CLD worker Carolyn Hamilton will be running a 5 week baby massage course at the Carbrain Community Hub every Friday 10-11.30 starting 4th March.

Hi friends 🤗 as our toddler group is expanding we are moving from the little hall to the Big Hall...We have applied for this small grant to help make the surrounding safer and more comfortable for kids and mums. Cumbernauld community projects in public funding vote

Local organisations in the Cumbernauld area are vying for funding through the latest round of grants from Cumbernauld Community Anchor Network, led by Cornerstone House Centre.

Applications have been submitted and reviewed and are now put to a public vote, known as participatory budgeting, where 37 organisations in the Cumbernauld area are seeking your support to receive grants of between £100 and £1000. This is the fourth round of funding available through this scheme, with the previous three rounds awarding a total of £43,912 to 53 local organisations.

Only three organisations can be voted for, with further details on the survey page about why the funding is being sought. The deadline for votes to be submitted is Friday 18th March at 12pm.

Still time to get flu vaccination 👍

We're reminding parents and carers of children aged 2 to 5 (not in school) that it’s not too late to make sure their children are protected against flu.

All appointments for the two to five age group have now been issued and we have also held a number of drop-in clinics. However, there’s still time to get your child vaccinated as we are all out and about more and immunity levels may be lower this year.

Whether you didn’t receive an appointment letter, you couldn’t make a drop-in clinic or have changed your mind, it doesn’t matter. You can contact your local team who will arrange your child’s vaccination.

Please contact the team in the area where you live and staff will make arrangements for you. Children must be aged two years or older on 1 September 2021 to be eligible.

Hooray...the day has finally come! As much as we loved all the festivities, we have missed all our Little Lambers and we are delighted to announce that we are back tomorrow. We dobhhave places available so do please come and join us from 10am until 11.30am if your child is pre-school age or younger (babies very welcome)💕Suggested donation £1.
