What a week for team McAllen. First my youngest Jacob earns his Black belt and then I came second at the NHS AWARDS. Feels a little surreal. But the two individual achievements make me so proud and happy.

Hello everyone. So the class on a Monday going forward will be open to everyone. It will be a class mainly focused on sparring, stretching and fitness. During times leading up to gradings and tournaments there will be more focus on patterns. But anyone coming on a Monday should bring sparring gear every time.

I hope to see everyone there. As you progress through the belts more classes become more beneficial.

Leaflet dropping week as started in cumbernauld for the opening of my new class this Tuesday coming!!

Remember folks your fees you pay are for unlimited training so you can make as many classes of mine or with my instructor/ co instructors classes for no extra cost.

Its a warm day today so all students at queenzieburn hall are aloud to train with there dobok tops ( suit tops ) off today and wear a T-shirt.. And bring plenty of water 💧
