To coincide with Mr Risk our last class before summer break the last class will be 24th June and returning on Wednesday the 15th of July.

Also classes will be closed all week WC 3rd of August for a week as all instructors will be on holiday together recharging batteries.

What a week for team McAllen. First my youngest Jacob earns his Black belt and then I came second at the NHS AWARDS. Feels a little surreal. But the two individual achievements make me so proud and happy.
