We can’t wait to welcome all our families back on Monday 7th September and hearing all about your summer holidays!

However, we also wanted to reach out and offer support for anyone who might be feeling a little worried about coming back to school, and to remind you that we’re here to help.

If you or your child are worrying or struggling in the run-up to their return, please feel free to connect with us by completing this short form, to let us know how things have been over the summer.

💚 Thank You! 💚

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed items for our food bank drive today - and a huge thank you to the Friends of Willowbank volunteers who have tidied and sorted all of the donations into the Food Bank!

We will be sending out information about our food bank opening times during the summer holidays. Please contact the school office to arrange a food parcel for collection prior to us breaking up for summer holidays.

🏅 Sports Day 2026 🏅

What a fantastic time we had at Sports Day! We were incredibly proud of all of our children, who demonstrated outstanding effort, resilience and determination throughout the activities.

It was wonderful to see children challenging themselves, celebrating each other's achievements and showing excellent sportsmanship from start to finish.

A special thank you goes to our amazing Year 6 Sports Leaders, who did a fantastic job organising and leading activities throughout the day. A big thank you to the Friends of Willowbank for providing cool refreshments throughout the day!

Well done to everyone involved for making it such a memorable and enjoyable event! 🌟🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🌞

🧁🧸 A reminder that we are hosting a Bake Sale and Table Top Toy Sale to clear valuable space in our cupboards, and to raise money for classroom resources.

Please join us on Thursday 2nd July in the school hall (from 3.20pm - after school) to purchase some bargains and enjoy some cake!

If you are able to contribute to the bake sale, please bring your baked goods into the school office during the morning or school day. We would really appreciate any contributions you are able to make.

Great Wood update🌟

Following duck racing, we built dams in the stream. The winning team had to build the deepest dam. Extra points were up for grabs for lying down in the water.

Ice pops for snack were a lovely refreshment to cool us down!

Our evening activity involved us working as group to find 30 sets of jumbled letters around the camp before solving the anagram - additional snacks were needed for brain power!
