If your child would like to learn to play music in a band, please sign up to join Rocksteady from September. The lessons take place during the school day and the children will perform in a parent concert at the end to showcase their talents.

Great news!
We're delighted to share that one of the schools in our trust, Birchwood Community High School Exceptional Provision has been successfully selected for the Tesco Fruit & Veg Grants customer vote! Please support them if you can with your blue tokens!
From Monday 3rd August until the end of November, every time you shop in one of the participating Tesco stores, you'll receive a blue token at the checkout. Please pop your token into the Birchwood Community High School Exceptional Provision voting box and help support our project! Our Project: ASD 11–16 Food, Gardening and Wellbeing Our project aims to enhance the learning experiences and wellbeing of students in our Exceptional Provision through gardening, cooking and healthy eating.
If successful, the funding will help us to develop a sensory garden, giving our students the opportunity and space to grow their own fruit and vegetables. The produce will be used for: Healthy breakfasts and snacks Cooking and life skills lessons Learning about where food comes from Wellbeing activities in our outdoor sensory space These experiences will help students build confidence, develop practical life skills, encourage healthy eating and enjoy the many wellbeing benefits that spending time outdoors can bring.
